What are the challenges of compliance?

Implementing compliance measures adapted to the company's risk profile provides reasonable assurance that the company has protected itself against the main risks related to its activity.

Our team:

Jean-Yves Trochon and Hugues Boissel Dombreval co-head of the Compliance and Competition department of Rödl & Partner. They bring their experience as lawyers and former legal and compliance directors of large international groups as well as the best practices in this area resulting from their regular interactions with the AFA and the competition authorities.
